Tim Rowland, who holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain's license, has been sailing the Great South Bay and surrounding waters (from Boston to Baltimore) for over 35 years. Along with his son Max, they log nearly 1000 miles of sailing every season and would like to share the adventure and fun of sailing The Fortune Cookie, their 38' Krogen cutter rigged sailboat, with the Heart of Sailing organization.
