A graduate of Miami of Ohio University, Scott Rodgers manages Scott Rodgers & Associates, an executive search firm specializing in rapid and focused search for superior talent in the Technology, Telecommunications, Security, Networking, Software and Consulting Services sectors. Along with extensive sales and marketing experiences, Scott has over twenty years of experience as an Information Technology Business executive, and has managed Information Technology organizations as well as market development responsibilities with the IBM Corporation.
Before Scott Rodgers & Associates, Scott was Director of Information Technology at Resort Condominiums International, Inc., a global leader in the leisure travel industry. He directed the strategic development, planning, implementation, and management of Information Systems.
Previously, Scott was with IBM Corporation for eleven years, progressing through increasingly responsible line and staff roles in Marketing Team Leadership and Program Management.
Scott began his career in an entrepreneurial enterprise as Founder and President of Black Horse Classic Automobile.
Scott is currently the President of the Geist Lake Coalition and has been involved in various community projects. He was a Director in the fund raising effort for the Fisher’s Fire Department for the purchase of a new Fire and Rescue Boat. He is currently directing the fund raising project for the Lawrence Fire Department for all new life preservers and quick response tool kits for their rescue squads. Also, for the past 5 years, Scott has helped manage the Geist Lake annual 4th of July Fireworks funding project. In addition to Mr. Rodgers’ various community work, he enjoys boating, automobile racing, and classic cars. He, his wife and children reside in the Geist area. |
